Caleb McCandless has been working in movie theaters since 2009, during his freshman year at Keene State College. He has sold thousands of tickets and countless amounts of popcorn, cleaned up a myriad of spilled candies and sodas, projected 35MM film as well as a variety of modern digital files, and addressed rowdy crowds attending screenings for both blockbuster movies and arthouse films when technical issues have threatened to ruin screenings (and, in some cases, succeeded). He has been watching movies at Red River Theatres since they opened during his junior year of high school, and loves being a part of bringing local, arthouse, and international cinema to Concord. One of his goals for Red River is to be able to screen 3D movies to the public.

Red River is the best cinematic experience that my wife and I have ever had – viewing angle, sound, seating, snacks, staff, web site are top shelf, and the movie selections themselves are talked about for days.

My favorite place to see a movie. I always know that whenever I drop in to Red River Theatres, I’ll have a great cinematic experience.
